Instructions:

1. Navigate to this site on the device you would like me to connect to.

2. Click the button above, and sign in with your Google account if prompted.

3. Under Share this screen, there will either be a download button or a button that says Generate Code.

• If it has a download icon, you need to install the Chrome Remote Desktop client. Follow On-Screen prompts to install this software. You'll know you did it right when the Share this Screen page now says Generate Code. This is a one-time install. You will need administrator rights to install this software**. If this is a work computer, please use your company's IT professionals.

• Once the page says Generate Code, choose that option.

4. A 12-digit code will appear. Send this to me, and I will be able to connect and remotely solve the issue from there.

* Remote Session only works on Desktop Computers and Laptops. This service is currently not available for mobile device operating systems.
